How to Store Kohlrabi:
Wrap clean kohlrabi leaves in a paper towel. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. When storing the whole kohlrabi globe, store in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.
Kohlrabi is fat free, cholesterol free, very low in sodium, an excellent source of vitamin C and a good source of fiber.
