Bok Choy
Bok choy is a semi-hardy vegetable. Semi-hardy plants can tolerate light frost about 29° to 32° Fahrenheit and 2° to 0° Celsius.
Bok choy does very well in cool, moist conditions and tolerates part shade. Bok choy is also called Chinese Cabbage.
How to Store Bok Choy:
Store bok choy in a plastic bag in the refrigerator for up to a week. Do not wash until you are ready to use it.
